Add one heaping scoop (33 g) of TPS WHEY PROTEIN to 180 – 210 ml of cold water or milk in a blender or a shaker. Blend it or shake it for 45 to 60 seconds to a creamy and delicious consistency.  Feel free to modify the consistency by varying the quantity of water or milk. You can also add fruits and nuts of your choice to enhance the flavour and the supply nutrients according to your liking.
